Peace Corps Cambodia K14 Mini-Series

In an effort to feed the curiosity of those back at home, we sat down with some K14 volunteers from Peace Corps Cambodia to ask them about their service. Learn about Khmer culture as they speak about their experience with foods, common challenges, personal growth, and overall advice from their service.

FOODS OF CAMBODIA

Southeast Asian cuisine is renowned for its vibrant flavors and diverse ingredients. Cambodian dishes are no exception, featuring staples like lemongrass, ginger, soy sauce, curry, and coconut milk, creating a tapestry of tastes that reflect the country’s rich culinary heritage.
